2. Hosting and server logs
When this website is accessed, the hosting infrastructure may process technical access data such as IP address, date and time, requested resource, referrer, browser and operating system. Processing serves secure and reliable delivery of the website and is based on legitimate interests in accordance with Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
3. Travel enquiries and email communication
The enquiry form prepares an email in the visitor’s local email programme. The website itself does not currently transmit or store the form entries on a website server. Once the email is sent, Quadriga Experience GmbH processes the information to answer the non-binding enquiry, prepare pre-contractual measures and, where applicable, carry out a travel contract. Legal bases may include Art. 6(1)(b), (c) and (f) GDPR.
4. Recipients and travel partners
Information is only passed to hotels, transport providers, mobility, event and other service partners where this is necessary to prepare or perform a requested journey, where a legal obligation exists, or where separate consent has been given. Any third-party service arranged separately will be identified accordingly.
5. Consent settings and Google Analytics
The website stores your consent selection locally on your device so that it can be respected on subsequent visits. With your prior consent, Google Analytics 4, a service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, is used to measure website usage. Google may process information such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser information, referrer and an online identifier. IP addresses are not logged or stored by Google Analytics in full. Processing is based exclusively on consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 25(1) TDDDG. Consent is voluntary and may be withdrawn at any time for the future via “Cookie settings” in the footer. Rejecting or withdrawing consent does not affect use of the website. Analytics cookies and data are retained according to the settings of the Google Analytics property and applicable legal requirements. Further information is available in Google’s privacy policy.
6. External links and media
Links to external websites establish a connection to the respective provider only after they are selected. No external social-media feed or video is embedded on this website at present. The privacy information of the destination provider applies after leaving this website.
7. International transfers
When Google Analytics is activated, data may also be processed by Google companies and service providers outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Google states that it relies on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and, where required, the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. Other transfers related to a requested journey are made only where necessary and on the basis of an adequacy decision or suitable safeguards under Art. 44 et seq. GDPR.
8. Retention
Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary to answer an enquiry, prepare or perform a contract, meet statutory retention duties, establish or defend legal claims, or fulfil documented legitimate interests.
9. Your rights
Subject to the legal requirements, data subjects may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Consent may be withdrawn at any time for the future. Complaints may be submitted to a competent data protection supervisory authority.
10. Security, minors and updates
Appropriate technical and organisational measures are used to protect personal data. Enquiries should not contain sensitive information unless specifically requested through a secure channel. This website is not directed at minors. This policy is updated when services, providers or processing activities change.
